Your host profile is your name, bio, and photos, this is what members see across every event you run. Unlike a gym or vendor, you don't set one fixed address here, each event carries its own venue, since you might run events all over Bali.
Once your name, a thorough description, and at least one photo are in place and you're verified, the Go live toggle unlocks. You control it, and can hide yourself again any time.

Add a name, category, description, photos, date and time (in Bali time), and the venue for this specific event. Events are free or pay at the door, no money moves through FITRA.
Set a capacity if you want to cap numbers, from an intimate 10-person retreat to a 200-person pop-up, spots remaining update automatically as members register.
Set how close to the start members can still cancel, 2 hours out, 48 hours out, whatever your planning needs. It's your call, not a platform default.

Your Events tab lists everything by Upcoming, Past, or Draft. Each row shows how many spots are filled, updating automatically as members register or cancel.
